Pricing

Buy the parts you need. Not the suite.

Every module is licensed on its own. A department that already has an archive can take the viewer and the uploader alone; one that has nothing can take the whole chain. Nothing here is metered by examination, and nothing stops working if you stop paying for support.

The commercial model in four lines

No per-study fee

Volume does not change the invoice. A busy year is not a variation request, and growth is not a penalty.

Perpetual or subscription

Buy the licence outright and pay annually for support and updates, or rent it monthly. Public buyers usually want the first.

Support is optional, not hostage

A perpetual licence keeps running if support lapses. You lose updates and response times, not your archive.

Your data stays exportable

Studies leave as standard DICOM and reports as documents, whether or not you are still a customer.

How it is counted

Four units, and that is the whole model.

Per site

One building with its own archive. Server-side modules are counted this way, however many people use them.

Per seat

A workstation that reads diagnostically, or a named radiologist who writes reports. Reception and ward seats are not counted.

Per sending machine

A modality console or workstation pushing studies in through the uploader. A machine that sends by plain DICOM needs no licence.

Per interface

One connection to a foreign system — a hospital information system, a third-party archive — counted once, not per message.

Modules

Indicative list prices.

Perpetual licence, in euro, excluding tax. These are starting figures for budgeting, not a quotation: estate size, term and support level all move them, and regional pricing applies outside the EU.

Module What it is Unit From
Pharos PACS The archive: storage and indexing, the explorer, roles and access control, share links, query/retrieve against other institutions. per site €6,500
NextRad viewer Diagnostic review — presets, multiplanar and oblique reformats, measurement, volume rendering hand-off. per workstation €1,200
NextRad viewer, review The same viewer for referring clinicians and wards, marked non-diagnostic. per workstation €350
Uploader Watches a folder or a console and pushes studies into the archive, with routing rules and a spool that survives a dropped link. per sending machine €300
Edge agent Serves the modality worklist from a local cache, books walk-ins offline, reconciles arriving studies against bookings. per site €2,400
Pharos RIS Bookings, patient register, referrers, per-branch price lists, payments, report workflow and staff roles. per centre €9,000
RIS named user Front desk, technologist, accounts or administrator. per user €240
Reporting desk The A4 sheet: letterhead band, templates, key images, signature and verification, with the Word round-trip. per reporting seat €900
FilmLink Receives print jobs as a DICOM printer, lays out film sheets and delivers the finished report to the patient. per print station €1,500
Mobile access The study list and viewer on a phone, installable, with a packaged Android build. per site €1,200
Patient link cache Serves a shared study and report even when the acquiring site is switched off. per estate €1,800
HL7 interface Registration and orders in, verified results out, with explicit code mapping and verbatim message retention. per interface €3,500
CD & USB export Patient media with an embedded viewer that runs without install. per site €600
The viewer and the uploader are sold on their own. They speak DICOM and DICOMweb, so they work against an archive you already own — ours, or anyone else's. That is the usual way a department starts with us: replace the reading software first, and decide about the archive later.

Around the licence

What is included, and what is quoted.

Included with every licence

  • The deployment stack, containers and compose files
  • Installation documentation and the operations runbook
  • The failure-mode table, so a fault has a place to look
  • Conformance, interface and security documentation for a tender
  • Configuration export, so a rebuild is not a re-entry

Quoted separately

  • Installation and commissioning — from €1,200 per site
  • Migration from an existing archive — from €2,500, by volume
  • Training — €600 per day, per track
  • Report template authoring — by scope
  • Bespoke integration beyond the standard interfaces

Support and updates

18% of licence value per year. Covers version updates, security fixes and next-business-day response. Round-the-clock cover is +50%.

Subscription instead

From €190 per site per month for the archive, €45 per diagnostic seat, €260 per centre for the record system. Support and updates included; stop paying and it stops.

Multi-site estates

Site licences step down with count. An estate buying six or more sites is quoted as an estate, not as six invoices.

Outside the EU

Egypt and the wider region are priced regionally, against local procurement norms rather than converted euro. Ask.

On regulatory status. Requirements for diagnostic display software differ by jurisdiction, and we will not claim a clearance we do not hold. Tell us which authority governs your deployment and we will answer precisely, in writing, before you shortlist.

Tell us the estate and we will price it properly.

Sites, modalities, reading seats, whether there is a hospital system to talk to and whether an archive has to be migrated. That is everything we need for a real number.
